私たちはまだまだ多くの助けを必要としている被災地の現状を継続的に伝えたいと思っています。そこで、東北やその他の地域の方々から届いた“今の状況”や“復興に対する思い”などの情報をお伝えします。

今回は、岩手県陸前高田市にお住まいの牡蠣養殖業・飲食店経営の藤田敦さんからのメッセージをご紹介します。

We always would like to report the current situations in Tohoku to the world because they still need a lot of supports. So we collect the messages from Tohoku and to Tohoku to inform the current conditions and thoughts for revivals of the affected areas and so on.

Today we are going to introduce the message from Mr. Atsushi Fujita who works for cultivated oysters and runs the restaurant with the oysters in Rikuzentakata city, Iwate.

かき小屋広田湾は震災後全国に美味しい牡蠣を届けたく2013年12月オープン致しました。

生牡蠣、蒸し牡蠣、牡蠣グラタン初め各種定食を広田湾の食材に拘り提供しております。

また盛岡に1月オープンしたかき小屋浜焼と居酒屋を1店舗に集約したお店（いわて三陸水産組合）をオープン致しました。

そちらは海鮮丼や網焼きがおすすめです。ランチとディナーがありランチは1コイン500円が10分程で完売します！並びますね！

あれから5年が経とうとしてますがやっと明るい日差しがさしてきました。

今迄築地ばっかり出荷してましたが県内で消費出来ると思いませんでした。

話変わりますが海岸はまだ防波堤工事で思う様に使えませんが、何とかがんばっぺし精神で仕事してます。

My restaurant called “Kakikoya Hirotawann” (means an oyster hut at Hirota bay) opened in December 2013 in Rikuzentakata city in Iwate prefecture in order to provide delicious oyster from Hirota bay all over Japan. We serve various set meals. For example, raw oyster, boiled oyster, and oyster gratin. The foodstuffs are from Hirota bay.

Besides another new bar called “Iwate Sannriku Suisannkumiai” (means Iwate Sanriku fisheries union) opened this January in Morioka city in Iwate prefecture. This is a new bar which combines an oyster hut and a bar.

Our recommendation in the menu are “Kaisenndon” which is several seafood on bowl of rice and “Amiyaki” which is grilled meat, vegetable and seafood. We provide both lunch and dinner. The lunch costs one coin, 500yen and it sells out in only 10 minutes. Also, there is always a queue for this meal!

Five years passed after that disaster. Now we finally have got better foresight.

We have shipped the marine products at Hirota bay only to Tsukiji area in Tokyo prefecture so far so that we haven’t imagined that we could consume it within our town.

By the way, the seaside in our town is still under construction for seawalls. So this makes it difficult for us to do our jobs of fishery but we keep trying our best with the strong spirit of not giving up.
